why it’s worth the money
I got my Oura Ring in 2026, and I really love it. The timing was great, because I got the Oura Ring 5 right when it came out, and I like its smaller size better than the thicker, wider band of the previous Oura Ring versions.
What I like most is how it helps me understand my sleep, and how I’m actually doing with it. After having two kids and years of poor or interrupted sleep, it’s nice to have some real data that lets me know when I’m sleeping well.
